The Bareilly Corridor Trilogy

Between March and June 2026, ARF studied a single connected stretch of Bareilly — from the Prem Nagar Chauraha junction to the Model Town residential colony. Three locations. Three different problems. The same broken system behind each one.

Research that ends in a report is unfinished. ARF's three case studies converge into one execution framework.

Coordinated Implementation Framework

One committee, one pilot, one tool. The ARF-CIF translates all three case studies into a coordinated set of interventions for Bareilly's municipal agencies — classified into three implementation levels, from zero-cost actions activatable within days to structural capital works.
